Standard booking steps

- 2Complete the enrolment form.
- 3Receive your invoice and enrolment confirmation.
- 4Pay the 20% deposit within seven days.
- 5Pay the standard remaining balance at least 14 days before arrival.
- 6Complete the online placement test before the course.
If you need a visa
Tell the team at the enquiry stage. Payment and documentation requirements may vary according to the package, nationality and residence status. The team confirms the applicable steps after reviewing your booking.
Important responsibilities
- Submit accurate documents and meet authority deadlines.
- Ensure course, accommodation, flight and insurance dates are consistent where required.
- Keep the school informed about appointments, requests and decisions.
- Understand that IH Malta provides support and school documents but cannot guarantee a visa decision.
- Read the current Terms and Conditions before payment.
Payments
The standard process is a 20% deposit within seven days and the balance 14 days before arrival. Visa Essentials and other approved visa bookings may use a different payment schedule, which is confirmed in writing.
