Support from planning to your final day
Know what to expect before you arrive, how your class is chosen and how the team supports your progress and daily experience.
Before you arrive
- Receive booking and practical information.
- Complete the online placement test, usually around two weeks before the course.
- Confirm accommodation and arrival transfer where booked.
- Tell us about welfare, dietary or practical needs that may affect your stay.
Your first day
- Welcome meeting and practical orientation.
- Confirmation of class, timetable and school information.
- Welcome Pack and Student Card.
- Introduction to support routes and the current weekly activity programme.
During your course
- Communicative classes with CELTA-qualified teachers.
- Progress testing every four weeks where the study duration allows.
- Academic and practical support from the school team.
- Free weekly conversation class for adult students.
- Opportunities to use English through school life and Malta.
Your certificate and report
Students receive a Certificate of Attendance and student report, including for one-week courses, when they meet the minimum 85% attendance requirement. Documents show the study dates, course type, lessons or hours and level.
Your role
Attend consistently, participate actively, complete recommended study outside class and use English as much as possible. Progress depends on what happens both inside and outside the classroom.
